Ross Silke is an ordained minister who holds all the rights and privledges to minister through the Universal Life Church (ULC) affiliation of the USA. Although he is liscenced through this affiliation, his beliefs hold true to Christianity and the belief that Jesus Christ died for our sins and was risen again, and He is still alive today. The Universal Life Church believes we are all of one universe and can practice religions freely which is true, but the gospel of Christ is central to salvation and the inheritance of the Kingdom of Heaven as we pass from this earth one day. One must believe that Christ died on the cross and rose again and accept Him as their Lord and Saviour to be saved and destined for a life of godly purpose here on earth and an eternal home in Heaven. All other religions, although they can be practiced freely in our universe and as we are all people born in the same universe, the umbrella of the ULC encompasses the acceptance of all religions, ethnicities, orientations, and peoples in general. God is also accepting of all peoples but there is only one God and one Jesus Christ who is the son of God, all other religions are not formed from this one God who is Yahweh the true God. So not every religion will bring forth life and purpose as that of Chrsitianity--the belief in one God that sent His only son, Jesus (Yeshua) to earth to die for our sins and those who accept Him into their hearts shall be saved, no other way. As true of ULC, all people are accepted and loved (by God), but the only true faith and orientation that leads to life, purpose, and eternal life in Heaven is Christianity and the belief that only men and women should marry as the way God intended the nuclear family, all of which Silke teaches here.
